target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/cec.fiu.edu<\/a>).<\/li><li> Entry into the FLU Program can take place at the start of any one (1) of three (3) annual university terms (also known as &#8220;semesters&#8221;): the <strong>Fall term beginning late August<\/strong>, or the <strong>Spring term in early January<\/strong>, or the <strong>Summer term in early <strong>KMUTNB<\/strong><\/li><li> Have a minimum undergraduate major-specific grade point average <strong>(&#8220;GPA&#8221;) of 3.0 out of a 4.0 scale<\/strong> in upper-division courses;<\/li><li> Complete an online Graduate Application for Admission, available at: <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"http:\/\/gradschool.fiu.edu (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"http:\/\/gradschool.fiu.edu\" the program, including a description of personal and career goals (if applicable to the program&#8217;s requirement);<\/li><li> Submit <strong>letters of recommendation<\/strong> from persons in a position to judge the  applicant&#8217;s potential for success in graduate study (if, and as applicable to the  program&#8217;s requirement);<\/li><li> Submit <strong>official transcripts<\/strong> of all previously attended colleges and universities  (undergraduate and graduate) in a sealed envelope from the respective college and\/or university;<\/li><li> Submit a <strong>curriculum vitae<\/strong> that indicates any past professional experiences (if applicable to the program&#8217;s requirement);<\/li><li> Applicants whose native language is not English must demonstrate proficiency in the English language by presenting a minimum score of <strong>80 on the Internet-Based Test (&#8220;iBT&#8221;)<\/strong> of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (&#8220;TOEFL&#8221;) or the equivalent minimum score of <strong>five-hundred fifty (550) on the paper-based<\/strong> version of the TOEFL; or a minimum score of <strong>six-and-one-half
