The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB), successfully hosted the “Partial Discharge Seminar & Live Demonstration 2026” on April 1, 2026, at the Department’s facilities.

The primary objective of this seminar was to enhance the knowledge and practical skills in high-voltage electrical engineering among university personnel, students, alumni, and interested engineers. The event featured distinguished guest speakers and specialized experts who delivered comprehensive lectures on the theoretical aspects of Partial Discharge (PD) phenomena, followed by practical live demonstrations. These informative sessions enabled the participants to gain a precise understanding of testing methodologies and data analysis in strict accordance with engineering principles.
